MYSORE STYLE
Mysore style is the traditional method for learning Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. In the Mysore method, each student has an individualized practice which is developed and overseen by the teacher.
• Self-Paced Practice: In a Mysore class, students practice independently within a group setting, moving through the Ashtanga series at their own pace.
• Personalized Guidance: The teacher provides individualized attention, offering adjustments, modifications, and new poses as the student progresses.
• Learn at Your Own Speed: Students memorize the sequence of poses and perform them in their own rhythm, moving from one posture to another with their breath.
You can come and start practicing anytime within the open hours of the class.
Mysore style classes are ideal for beginners as each student practices at their own pace with support from the teacher, gradually memorizing sequences over time.

LED CLASS
This is a guided class through the primary series. The teacher counts the traditional vinyasa in Sanskrit as taught in the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.
• Guided Practice: The LED class differs from the Mysore class in that all students practice through the primary series following guided instructions. It is a class where participants can understand the overall sequence, know when to inhale and exhale, and learn to surrender themselves to the moment.
